About Us

We moved our family from Albuquerque, New Mexico, to Denver, Colorado, and opened a small family business known as The Chile Shop. Jack II and Diego, our sons, Desiree, our daughter, all made sacrifices to move to this fine town.

To supplement our income, we started catering at some of the local car dealerships. We then started to cook outside on a four-foot propane griddle on the weekends. Our customers demanded we open a restaurant. We opened the doors to Jack-n-Grill. Since then, our family has grown; we have two wonderful daughter-n-laws, Therese and Cheleste, Terence our son-in-law, and a great new adopted son, Eppie, who rounds out the bunch.
