October of 1994, we moved our family from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Denver and opened a small family business known as "The Chile Shop". "Jack II" and "Diego" our sons, "Desiree'" our daughter, all sacrificed the big move to this fine town. To supplement our income we started catering at some of the local car dealerships. We then started to cook outside on a four foot propane griddle on the weekends. Our customers demanded we open a restaurant. So, March of 2000 we opened the doors to"Jack-n-Grill". Since then, our family has grown, we have two wonderful daughter-n-laws, "Therese", and "Cheleste", and a great new adopted son "Eppie" that rounds out the bunch.

We are the proud grandparents of seven! "Izabell", "Jack III", "Dezmond", "Ana", "Rudy" "Dayliha" and "Iris". My brother Scott came on board to help serve you better.

So please, visit any one of our family owned restaurants, sit back, relax, have a cold beer or try one of our great house margaritas, and enjoy the wonderful difference of our "home-style" cooking from New Mexico!
