October of 1994, we moved our family from Albuquerque, New Mexico
to Denver and opened a small family business known as "The Chile Shop". "Jack II" and "Diego" our sons, "Desiree'" our daughter, all sacrificed the
big move to this fine town. To supplement our income we started catering
at some of the local car dealerships. We then started to cook outside on
a four foot propane griddle on the weekends. Our customers demanded
we open a restaurant. So, March of 2000 we opened the doors to"Jack-n-Grill". Since then, our family has grown, we have two wonderful
daughter-n-laws, "Therese", and "Cheleste", and a great new adopted
son "Eppie" that rounds out the bunch.
